Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA
Contact our support team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Shipping and Labeling
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our California service center via a trackable carrier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the unit for flight logs and physical condition before issuing a refund or store credit to your original payment method.
